You MUST NOT: • Deploy automated scraper bots, web crawlers, or spider programs to extract calculation data, formula parameters, or UI layouts • Use automated load testing scripts, stress-testing tools, or API fuzzing programs against our computation endpoints • Systematically download, mirror, or cache calculator outputs for commercial redistribution • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary calculation algorithms or UI components • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security mechanism on the Platform • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to any part of the Service • Frame or embed our calculators on third-party websites without explicit written permission from DMTechnolab

Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent IP banning and legal action under applicable copyright and computer fraud laws.

While CalcyFinance.com maintains formulas aligned with current IRS tax brackets, RBI interest rate guidelines, federal lending standards, and other public regulatory data, we make no warranty that our calculations reflect real-time or jurisdiction-specific rule updates.

Financial laws, tax codes, interest rates, and regulatory thresholds change frequently. Users are responsible for verifying that our calculator parameters match current applicable rules before making any real-world financial decision. CalcyFinance.com shall not be liable for any calculation discrepancy arising from legislative changes that post-date our last formula update.

Users may: • Print or download individual calculation reports (PDF/CSV) for personal, non-commercial use • Share links to calculator pages on social media

Users may NOT: • Clone, replicate, or republish calculator interfaces without written authorization • Use our brand name, logo, or visual identity without express permission • Remove copyright notices from downloaded reports

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted differently based on your geographic usage context:

United States Users (/us routes): Disputes arising from use of US-jurisdiction calculator features are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Users agree to submit to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules before pursuing litigation.

India Users (/in routes): Disputes arising from use of India-jurisdiction calculator features (including EMI, SIP, PPF, NPS, and GST calculators) are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Users agree that disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India, with proceedings conducted in English.

All Other Users: Users accessing CalcyFinance.com from jurisdictions outside the US and India agree to comply with all local laws applicable to internet use and financial information services.

DMTechnolab reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to CalcyFinance.com at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious automated traffic, or legal compliance requirements. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease.
