šŸ”’ Privacy-First Architecture

All financial calculations on CalcyFinance.com execute locally in your browser. No personal financial data — including income, loan amounts, tax figures, PAN numbers, or banking credentials — is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers.

1. Introduction & Scope

CalcyFinance.com ("Calculate Finance", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have regarding your data when you visit https://calcyfinance.com and all subpages therein.

This policy applies to all visitors globally, including users in the United States (with special consideration for California residents under CCPA/CPRA) and users in India (in alignment with applicable Indian data protection frameworks). By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect (Or Do Not Collect)

CalcyFinance.com is architected with a privacy-first philosophy. The vast majority of our calculators execute all mathematical computations locally within your browser's JavaScript runtime. No calculation inputs — including income figures, loan amounts, tax brackets, PAN numbers, banking credentials, or investment balances — are transmitted to, processed by, or stored on our servers.

We may passively collect the following non-personally-identifiable information:

• Browser Type & Version: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge • Operating System & Device Type: Desktop, Mobile, Tablet • Screen Resolution & Viewport Dimensions • Referring URL and Exit Pages • Session Duration & Pages Visited • Country-Level Geolocation (not precise location) • Anonymous Click-Stream & Interaction Patterns

This data is collected solely through aggregated analytics systems and third-party advertising services described below, and cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising

CalcyFinance.com participates in Google AdSense, a third-party advertising program operated by Google LLC. Google uses cookies — specifically the DoubleClick DART cookie — to serve advertisements to visitors based on prior browsing behavior across websites on the internet.

These advertisements are selected using behavioral targeting signals and contextual content matching algorithms operated entirely by Google's advertising infrastructure. CalcyFinance.com does not have access to, nor does it control, the behavioral data collected by Google's ad systems.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons in their advertisements, which are sent directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure ad campaign effectiveness and to personalize the advertising content you see.

To opt out of Google's personalized advertising: • Visit the Google Ads Settings page: https://adssettings.google.com • Use the NAI opt-out tool: https://optout.networkadvertising.org • Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Note: Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads from CalcyFinance.com — you will still see advertisements, but they will be less relevant to your interests.

4. Google Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with CalcyFinance.com. Google Analytics drops cookies in your browser to track anonymous operational metrics including:

• Session duration and engagement rate • Pages viewed per session • Geographic region (country/state level only) • Device type, operating system, and browser • Screen resolution and viewport • Traffic source (organic search, direct, referral) • Calculator feature interaction events

All data transmitted to Google Analytics is anonymized and aggregated. We have enabled IP anonymization, meaning your full IP address is never stored in Google Analytics. This data helps us improve calculator accuracy, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

CalcyFinance.com also uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember user preferences such as: • Favorite calculators saved by the user • Selected country/locale preference (US or India) • Theme preference (light or dark mode)

This localStorage data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), effective January 1, 2023.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect: We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined under CPRA (no SSN, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, racial/ethnic origin data, health data, or biometric identifiers).

Your California Privacy Rights Include: • Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you. • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from or about you. • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information. • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: CalcyFinance.com does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes outside of Google's standard AdSense program described above. • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION: CalcyFinance.com hereby affirms that it does not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: dmtechnolab98@gmail.com with subject line "CCPA Privacy Request".

6. India Data Protection Compliance

CalcyFinance.com's India-specific calculators (/in routes) serve users across India and are designed with full alignment to applicable Indian data security and privacy frameworks, including relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023.

We confirm the following protections for Indian users:

• Zero PAN String Processing: No Permanent Account Number (PAN) data is ever entered into, processed by, or transmitted from our calculator inputs. • Zero Banking Token Storage: No UPI IDs, bank account numbers, IFSC codes, or internet banking credentials are requested or stored. • Zero Transactional Pin Logging: Our application does not request, accept, or store any financial transaction PINs, ATM PINs, or OTP codes. • No Aadhaar Data: Our platform does not collect Aadhaar numbers or biometric data under any circumstances. • RBI Formula Alignment: All EMI, FD, RD, and Post Office scheme calculations are validated against published Reserve Bank of India (RBI) interest rate circulars and Income Tax Department guidelines.

Indian users may contact our compliance team at dmtechnolab98@gmail.com for any data-related concerns.

7. Data Retention

Since CalcyFinance.com does not collect personally identifiable financial data, there is no meaningful personal data retention policy beyond standard server log files maintained by our hosting provider (typically 30–90 days for operational security purposes) and aggregated, anonymous analytics data retained indefinitely in Google Analytics for trend analysis.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

CalcyFinance.com does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (USA) or under 18 (India). If you believe your child has submitted personal information through our platform, please contact us immediately at dmtechnolab98@gmail.com and we will take prompt steps to delete such information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Modified" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of CalcyFinance.com after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
